Restricted Countries

The Great Trader's services are not available to residents of the countries listed below. Restrictions are based on international sanctions, regulatory requirements, and legal considerations in those jurisdictions. This list may be updated at any time without prior notice.

If you reside in or are a citizen of a restricted country, you are not permitted to create an account, participate in evaluations, or receive payouts. Accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be terminated immediately.

Restricted Countries

OFAC Sanctioned Countries

The following countries are subject to comprehensive US government sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC):

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea)
  • Russia
  • Syria
  • Belarus
  • Venezuela (certain government-linked entities)
  • Myanmar (Burma)
  • Ukraine — Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions

Regulatory Restrictions

The following countries are restricted due to regulatory uncertainty or legal requirements that prevent us from offering our services:

  • Afghanistan
  • Central African Republic
  • Democratic Republic of Congo
  • Eritrea
  • Ethiopia
  • Haiti
  • Iraq
  • Lebanon
  • Libya
  • Mali
  • Nicaragua
  • Somalia
  • South Sudan
  • Sudan
  • Yemen
  • Zimbabwe

Financial Crime & AML Restrictions

Countries classified as high risk by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) or equivalent bodies may also be subject to enhanced due diligence or restriction. We reserve the right to apply additional screening to users from these jurisdictions.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are not a resident of, citizen of, or located in any of the restricted countries listed above. Providing false information about your location or citizenship is a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in criminal penalties under applicable law.
